Unfortunately, I don't have any good news, Cats. The police check is run by the Japanese police, so you, your wife, and the embassy all have to wait for that to complete.

YES SHE HAS HAD HER MEDICAL AND THE INTERVIEW. WE DIDN'T KNOW WE NEEDED THE POLICE CLEARANCE UNTIL THE INTERVIEW. SHE APPLIED FOR THE JAPANESE POLICE CLEARANCE ON JUNE 21ST AND THEY SAY IT SHOULD TAKE TWO TO THREE MONTHS! I WANTED TO SEE IF WE CAN CHECK ON THE STATUS ONLINE OR IF I CAN CALL TO CHECK. I WANT TO BOOK MY TICKET TO GO AND GET MY FIANCEE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. THANK YOU
