Hi there.. i need some help on bringing my girl and my daughter to the USA. I have an asylee visa i arrived from Russia about a month back. and now am looking for ways to bring my girl friend from russia. we r not married. Is there anyway what so ever to bring them here. ON any type of visa. PLZ do help. I really miss them..If anyone can help in anyway.....

You will not be able to bring your girlfriend at all unless you marry her. I'm not sure if or how an asylee can bring family. Maybe someone with more knowledge can help you out.Have a nice dayComment

i have no idea about an asylee bringing spouse here...but i guess rules are same for everyone... if you dont have a greencard...then i think it will be very hard and may be impossible to bring your girl friend on family base...moreover u r not even married to her....
she might be able to come here on visitor visa or may be student visa.... if she studies here then u can stay with her for long time otherwise visitor visa is not even that long...so u might want to look into opportunities of study and then she can apply for student visa over there.... good luck...PashaComment
