i have no idea about an asylee bringing spouse here...but i guess rules are same for everyone... if you dont have a greencard...then i think it will be very hard and may be impossible to bring your girl friend on family base...moreover u r not even married to her....
she might be able to come here on visitor visa or may be student visa.... if she studies here then u can stay with her for long time otherwise visitor visa is not even that long...so u might want to look into opportunities of study and then she can apply for student visa over there.... good luck...Pasha
