Why Not seek Out Every document Related to your existence? Maybe I am Just Prepared!!!!</div></BLOCKQUOTE>

The sponsor always needs to produce the required documents. Certified birth certificate (i-130) , tax returns (I-864), etc. </div></BLOCKQUOTE>
The Sponsor Yes, But The seeker Is Given More Leniency. not The seekers fault! The System Trusts the accuracy Of The previous! Would This Be Considered One of Those arrogant loopholes That Leads to Dire mistakes???? Very aware of The Discrepancy's and Fouls!!.
The Inability To truly authenticate For The seeker. Much easier To Provide Accuracy For The Sponsor! Big Problem!!!
Pay a visit to your local USCIS office, Slim Chance You will See Those Of Natural Born USC Working There! India, South America, Etc. Of Coarse was The Intelligent conclusion To hire multi Lingual!! Is a Place for immigrants, where 99% of the customers are immigrants seeking Various Acceptance! Both permanent and Temporary!! Real Smart Thing To Do to secure This Country!!!!
not To mention every other government Agency!!!
Background Check???? More Than likely 85% accuracy For USC! The New Addition background Check????

Hi,
I am a naturalized citizen and my Swedish husband and I are applying for his green card. Do I need my birth certificate from the country of my birth or will my certificate of naturalization suffice?
Also, can anyone recommend a good lawyer in NYC?
Thanks,
V </div></BLOCKQUOTE>
You do not need your birth certificate as long as you can establish your birth date on any US Govt issued ID. Alternatively, you can also have people write an affidavit attesting to your DOB. See I-130 instructions section What If a Document Is Not Available?
