  • US citizen filing relative for travel

Beginning of this year 2011, I have been naturalized as a US citizen.

    1. Is there a restricted time period before I can file for my parents to travel after becoming a US citizen?

    2. What additional documents would I need to provide when filing for I-130 for a parent?

This is a perfect example of someone who became a citizen just to bring his whole tribe and start smooching all kinds of benefits they are not entitled to.

You cannot "apply" for your parents to travel. They can apply for a non-immigrant visa to visit the U.S.
