We will let you in our Armed Services but you can't drive, you can't pay taxes, you can't have any rights but you can die trying to make us more money!!! Stop b****ing at the illegals for a minute and aim it at the government who has created the problem. </div></BLOCKQUOTE>

ivees27, do show where does it stated that US Armed forces will let illegals sign up for service. Or are you simply talking nonsense ?? </div></BLOCKQUOTE>

    Here's a few things i've seen:

Marines: Looking for a Few Good Aliens?
Recruiter on trial for selling IDs to enlist illegals
    by Douglas Gillison
This week, a general court martial is to begin at Parris Island, South Carolina, for a U.S. Marine recruiter accused of selling and delivering counterfeit documents to illegal aliens in order for them to join the service.

and...By Bryan Bender, Globe Staff December 26, 2006

WASHINGTON -- The armed forces, already struggling to meet recruiting goals, are considering expanding the number of noncitizens in the ranks -- not only to legal immigrants but also to illegal ones, including disputed proposals to open recruiting stations overseas and putting more immigrants on a faster track to US citizenship if they volunteer -- according to Pentagon officials.

Also, "The military welcomes enlistment of non-citizens; more than 37,000 lawful permanent residents (green-card holders) serve in the military, where they account for about three percent of active-duty personnel, all young men living in the U.S. (even illegal aliens) are required to register for the draft, and if we again face a huge national emergency like WWII or the Civil War that requires the mobilization of millions of soldiers, then all will, and should, be inducted. But in the volunteer military we have now, where so many standards have been raised, there's no practical reason citizenship shouldn't be required of recruits "” and every reason in principle that only those who have made a permanent commitment to America should be permitted to serve. The first case is a violation and of the law, hence the persecution of said offenders. It doesn't prove that US Armed forces allowed illegals to join (otherwise, why is the recruiter being persecuted?).

As for the 2nd case (The Boston Globe article you quoted), here's a link to it:
      Boston Globe Article

Now, where does it stated that:
      <BLOCKQUOTE class="ip-ubbcode-quote"><div class="ip-ubbcode-quote-title">quote:</div><div class="ip-ubbcode-quote-content">
the armed forces, already struggling to meet recruiting goals, are considering expanding the number of noncitizens in the ranks -- not only to legal immigrants but also to illegal ones, </div></BLOCKQUOTE>
Why are you blatantly changing the article to suit your need?? Or is that a common practice for you?

As for the article from the Center for Immigration Studies, it clearly stated that:
      <BLOCKQUOTE class="ip-ubbcode-quote"><div class="ip-ubbcode-quote-title">quote:</div><div class="ip-ubbcode-quote-content">
The military welcomes enlistment of non-citizens; more than 37,000 lawful permanent residents (green-card holders) serve in the military, where they account for about three percent of active-duty personnel </div></BLOCKQUOTE>

The non-citizens currently serving in the armed forces are lawful permanent resident, not illegals as you have claimed before.

So iveess27, what other proof do you want to present? Or you rather stop this nonsense now before getting caught red-handed again?
