CSS/LULAC Questioners

My CSS/LULAC questioner was approved by Vermont Service Center, and then I was instructed to send my I-687 application for a temporary resident to Texas Service Center.
Then Texas Center transfers my application to my INS local office. Now I want to renew my work authorization card I-765, my question for people who is in the same situation, where I should file my I-765 application to renew my work card.

you should personall go to local INS and get a parole and EAD which wouldnt be a problem if you take your approval notice with you.
