yes they would have a date of entry , but i left through the airport and my passport was not stamped, and i did not fill in any slip of paper. i do have a new passport with no stamp.they will not know when i left.im just wondering if i got back to the usa before i went for the interview and continued the process inside the usa would i have a better chance of getting my green card

Do you really think it is that easy to obscure your identity by using a new passport? Post 9/11?
If you are talking about using a Visitors Visa, firstly you would need to get one and one of the requirements is that you do not have immigrant intent. If you want to immigrate you need an immigrant visa, K3 or CR1/IR1.Comment
