    If a citizen has been married before to a noncitizen, but are now divorced, can she marry another one and help that person with a naturalization by spouse?

      Yes, that's possible. Although, the application might undergo a little bit more scrutiny, and if the USC is still financially obligated to the first nonUSC, that needs to be declared in the I-864 affidavit of support

        Helping "another one with Naturalization" should not be the sole intent of the marriage.
