          Thanks everybody

Now my first priority is to get H-1 & definately i will.

If anybody can give me any suggestions to apply for different ways for H-1.

If you don't have a sponsor, and don't find one quickly, you may well find yourself without an H1-B. The 20,000 extra for this fiscal year (for graduate degree holders from U.S. universities) starts to fill in March and is expected to be exhausted quickly. The filing for the 65000 H1-Bs for fiscal 2005=2006 is also likely to top out quickly.
