I have been told that if you go to immigration court with I-601,Judge won't hear the 601.And"ONLY" questions would be asked:"Would you go on voluntary departure or would like to be removed?"
I can't believe in it.Does anyone has an experience or know something about immigration court?

A request for voluntary departure doesn't have to depend on hardships but that helps. An individual can ask for voluntary departure. This also rides on what the charge(s)are.

You will not literally be submitting an I-601 at the removal hearing. If you have sufficient evidence of the hardship to present, it will definitely improve chances for receiving voluntary departure instead of removal (depending on the case).

The judge will ask your spouse why he needs more time. He/she will explain the reasons based on the hardship to the U.S.C.
I understand this to be the hardships you are experiencing at this present time which enable spouse to be given voluntary departure in order to request 120 day time period to prepare to leave.

An immigration bond must also be put up if granted the 120 days. The amount of that bond will depend on the charges, past charges, and whether he would be considered a flight risk. The voluntary departure bonds are $500 to $3500 understanding whether the individual is already out on bond already before removal hearing.
