never got a notice from TSC that the petition was moved to CSC.Where do you have the info from
that it was moved I even called to texas and they don't know or should I call again and try to talk to another officer?? strange.

Is there a news Notice somewhere where I can look this up??

TSC do not process I-130's any more when you write to TSC address your letter to the Director, check his/her name at TSC web page. Write your letter, and maile under returned receipt.

All applications I-130's I think moved to CSC, my friend has received an email from them during August 2006.
