Please Help

I have applied for my Advance Parole document, and had asked for it to be expedited. I did get a receipt but it didn't say anything about it being expedited. Now my travel date is nearing and I still haven't received anything from them. I see on the Detroit section on the INS website that it states you can get it for urgency within 21 working days. What do I need to do for that? Do I have to reapply the form etc? Any advice/help would be appreciated. Thank you
