I don't know a web site for NVC but if youi have some inquiries for them you can send them by email at NVCINQUIRY@state.gov or by fax 603-334-0791 or by regular mail at:
WC The National Visa Center

Porthsmouth NH 03801-2909
the NVC is not open for public
