Asked a couple of attorneys. Timeline is too short for concern.

Naanu, under what category was your green card application? Looking at your dates, I have a small concern regarding that.

My concern was that you were in a family category and since unmarried child is the only one that processes in that time frame, it could have caused some major issues. That's not the case though, so ignore ;-)

My only other question at this point is why you didn't include your wife in your original AoS? She would have been eligible for derivative status. That's more for my own curiosity, though it would've saved you the drama.

You'll be fine. Since the approval was granted the same day as entry, there was no way you or CBP could have known. Even the online status probably wasn't updated. If anything, the issue would be that she entered as a non-immigrant but with immigrant intent. But again, not likely to be an issue.

        Good luck

Naanu, Like I said, I can't imagine there being a problem at all. To be on the safe side, print out the emails and the notifications with the dates on them for the interview, but I think you'd have to have a pretty pedantic officer for them to even bother.

I-485 will be denied for fraud. She was an intending immigrant at time of entry.
