My brother is a US Citizen and My parents are here in US on B1/B2 visa for 9th time. I would like to know how can my brother file for my parents while they are in US. We would like them to adjust the status here in US. Where should we file and what forms we need to file. We live in Kansas.
We know the he can file, we just need some info on how to do it.
