Give me some detail or specific question. Why there would be medical expense for marriage ? r u talking about some state law where medical check up( for STDs) is must in order to get married ?

All depends on where you live. Doctors in different states have different rates. Look for a minimum range of $125-150 and this is without mandatory shots/tests like the TB test. can range upwards to $225 in some cases. Depends on what vacs you have documented.
