Hudson you are not too bright. Obama's administrative amnesty, his refusal to see that the laws of the United States are faithfully executed, will be the basis for his impeachment. It has nothing to do with the HALT Act.

HALT Law is a caricature of law (reading just a title is enough to realize it).
Whoever wrote it did so with very firm tongue in cheek.
As deportations reached 1 million in past 2 years (highest ever by any administration), those in opposition to admin needed something to position themselves to the right of what is taking place.

The Halt Act is not law and the President still has the authority to veto that legislation.
