    Hmmm. Are you aware that there are stiff fines ($250,000) and possible prison terms for US citizens that engage in immigration fraud? You had financial difficulties that tempted you to consider this, but they weren't anything near what you might be facing if you were to report this to USCIS. This isn't a simple fix.

      Dang and the visa weddings continue. All I can say is be careful how you go about this because if he haven't gotten his green card as yet and he feel you're messing up his chances of remaining in USA, the tables can be turned on you and it can get nasty.
