My sis-in-law (SIL) currently resides in S. Africa with her husband. My SIL is Indian and he is SA. They have two children. He has been mentally abusing her and physically abusing the kids i.e. coporal punishment. He also has been actively having affairs and has one illegitimate child. My SIL is afraid and would like to come here to live with her mother. Her wife's mother lives in the US, but is not a US citizen. Is there a way to get immigration even if she is a native iof India but currently a citizen of SA. My wife and I are US citizens.

Being citizen of india doesnt stop anyone to immigrate
she can not immigrate based on your wife's relationship but if the country she lived in or citizen of ...qualifies then she can go for DV Lottery...
How about divorcing abusive husband and moved to India for now?
