Need urgent help and good advice

My asylum appeal has been denied by the circuit court. At this point, I have canada skilled worker program in progress. I would like to kno w if I should go underground here in the US or leave and wait for Canadian approval. If I stay and hide here and wait for Canadian immigrant approval or any legalization bill pass, will that be a good idea? I have my spouse who is going to be LPR at the end of next year from her nursing program. Please help what I should do.

Anybody? I would like to know if I should leave or stay and hide here until my fiance get LPR next year. Really appreciate for your help.

your fiancee being an LPR doesn't mean anything for you. You'd better go to Canada. There won't be an amnesty.
