I have my condition removed from my GC through marriage to a USC. I have had my green card now for a little over 2 years and we will have our 3 year marriage anni in Dec. Does that mean I can apply for citizenship in Dec or do I have to wait till i have been a GC holder for 3 years? I have seen mixed information on this. Please help.

      Hi Antivirus,

It is 3 years for both according to this document. I think you can apply three months prior to your 3rd year anniversary date of the green card. Good luck.

        Hi Antivirus,

I've read some of the senior members' replies to a case like yours. Here it is.
