Hello All
I got my green card based on marriage basis with US citizen and we were living together when I got the green card and condition removed. We got seperated after two month after getting the green card(I-751) because of children issue. I have a son and she has a daughter from the first marrige. Kids couldn't go along because they are 15. We are still not divorce. Have filed incometax together for first three years. I applied for citizenship after six years based on LPR( not based on marriage to US Citizen criteria). Will I have any problem or do I need to do any thing? I am worried and I saw many experts on this site. I am quite impressed with them. Any help is appreciated. Do I need to go to Lawyer? Anybody has similar experience.
