Hi My name is Lucinda Alvarado, My husband applied for asylum, he recieved a Notice of Intent to Deny and he was afforded 16 days to submit evidence in rebuttal to the discussion. He later went to talk with a lawyer and he gave him all the information and paperwork so that he could send it to USCIS. The lawyer did not send in the paperwork and information to the USCIS. 6 month's later he received a final letter of denial for Asylum because he did not send in the evidence. My question is what can we do to reopen this case? Is there still a possibility to reopen this case?

what to do? simple....your husband's lies an phony asylum stories were not the truth, ergo, his asylum claim has been denied....why didn't he submit "evidence?"...because he didn't have any....now, please, pack your bags and leave my country....we don't want asylee-cheats here....and by the way....did you and your lying husband arrive in America with tourist visas, also acquired with lies? We don't want visa cheats and liars in my country....Comment
