Thank you for your response.
My case is draging out and I have no idea why or what's going on.
Just a little bit frustrating.
Anyways i will head to Sacto and inquire what they are up to on Monday if I don't hear anything today or tomorrow. I had to refile and did that on 12/17. That is the date they got the papers from me.
Anyways, once again Thank you.

hello elionora, I had my AOS(marriage-based) application at the Sacramento, CA district office. We filed August 15,2004 got fingerprinted sometime in September, had our AOS interview Oct.26,2004 and got my conditional greencard last Dec.31,2004. I had a lawyer with the entire process(from initial filing 'til the interview), altough I have had a pending employment based I-485 that has been pending for more than 2 years before we filed the marriage -based one.I'm sorry I can't remember when I fot the NOA and all the other letters/correspondents we received in between. Hope this helps, have a great day!

Anyone here that has been dealing with the Sacramento USCIS resently?
If so, please share your experiences.
I have sent my AOS to them long ago and still haven't heard a pep from them. I filed 12/17 and feel like i should have at least got a letter that they have recieved my papers.
Thank you for any info that you can share.
