  • AOS paper work

    Hello
my wife and my self are planning filling remaining papers for AOS purpose, we have the I-130 approve and by the way we both live in the US.
IS it okay to file the forms and later submit the medical paper work?
Also Any idea when will the new processing fee come into effect?
    Thanks

who (and when) petitioned for the two of you?
what's your status in the USA?

If you don't submit Medical with AOS papers you risk RFE and further delay.

new fees come into effect July 30
