Another Fraudster beats the system !!!
Immigration is so incompetent; I have never heard of an I751 ever getting denied regardless of how fraudulent.

The OP has been here longer than 1 year, if you go back and read his posts. I don't see anything fraudulent at all about this poster. Sounds like he's been through alot to get to where he is.

was an "In General" Reply. and the OP is supposedly not Involved. Just a Concerned Friend. I READ EVERYTHING! My replies are in general, not specific.

No worries. The poster got through a major hurdle, so I don't seen any reason to rain on his parade, that's all.

I Am Very aware. The System and potential Outcome for ever poster will Vary By location. Florida, Texas, Tennessee Can provide very different attention, understanding and Outcome as compared to new york, Chicago, L.A. Just Examples.

                      Congratulations Shahkr!

MIR, background checks from the home country are done when going through the green card process. Police reports from every place you've lived are required. Why would they need to double check that if he's no longer living in those places?

You might want to ask Brittie about this. He was stuck in fingerprint processing for too long. (Go easy, probably a sore subject for him - lol).

My point exactly!!! They concentrate Too much attention towards those Of little potential Harm. In britts case more Than likely because a holder of pilots license? Our system far behind the thinking of those that wish USA harm. I am ashamed of This countries procedures and less than acceptable knowledge of those that very Easily manipulate and deceive this country. they should all be FIRED!! Start new, With new Procedures! Not Those Of 25 years ago!!! Or Those that are still looking at 9-11 For answers!!!

They tried this two years ago and failed. Comprehensive Immigration Reform, remember? Maybe this Congress will be able to make it happen.
