  • Waiting for results or update for citizenship

Hi everyone! I was just wondering, I had my interview for my citizenship last May 22 but I had some missing documents (marriage certificate and copies of reentry permits) which I sent to them the next day. Now I don't know what to do since I have no update on what is going on (it has been over a month). I passed the interview part and the officer who interviewed me said that I only need to pass those documents. How long does it usually take at this point before I hear anything from them? Is there a number to call or do I just have to wait for a letter or notification (positive or negative) to arrive? Please help me on this .. and I appreciate in advance all your responses. Thanks

According to USCIS website Chicago, IL office now processing N-400 cases with Receipt Notice Date of November 12, 2006.

And it hasn't been 4 months since your interview (or submission of last requested evidence) anyway.
