    My wife is US citizen and marriage was arrenged in my home country.Do I need to divorced in my home country or in US?divorce deed of which country will be valid for consideration by INS?

    I have greencard obtaied due to marriage with USC.Marriage is genuine.

        Any marriage or divorce cerficate that is legally valid in the country in which it was issued, is, in most circumstances, valid for immigration purposes.
