I had my fingerprints taken on july 2003 and my interview is going to be on june 28th, 2004. What is the timeline to get background checks back? mine were over a year. Will i get a stamp or not. Or do i have to go for a second interview to get a stamp. My interview is going to be in Philadelphia District Office. Anybody has experiences in Philly?
