    You would need to marry somewhere that allowed bigamous relationships.

    Come on. Use your common sense. Until the annulment case is final, it means your boyfriend is still officially married to the other person. Before then, you cannot marry him. It is considered a serious felony criminal offense in US to be married to more than one person at a time.

    is it legal to marry here in the US my boyfriend whose annulment case is still ongoing in our home country? he has a US visitor's visa and i am on H1b. my employer is soon applying for my greencard. if so, can he be included in the petition?
