H1 B transfer problem!!! Urgent plz help!!!

Hi all,

I have a H-1B visa on company A upto Dec-2010. Now I got a better job and applied for the H-1B transfer to company B few days ago. It might take 40-60 days to get my papers in hand. Can I go to India without the H-1B transfer papers? If so, what all additional documents do I need?

If I go for a premium processing and go to India after getting the papers, then is it safe..???
