I-90 BIOMETRICS

I applied for renewal of green card and e filed I-90 last week of june as it is expiring in sept. I live in philadelphia but have so far not received anything in mail only the the receipt was received on on the computer immediately after e filing.
Does any one has any idea as to how long it takes for the biometric letter to come for philadelphia area as the 800 number is of no help.
Also if i wish to travel abroad in oct what should i do

i applied for i 90 on aug 22 i did my biometrics
on oct 27 ,does any body knows if all the i 90 are transferred to the service centres for processing or only i 90 which are submitted for reasons b and d are transferred to service centres is any i 90 processed at msc
