Money for Grad School for Intl Students?

I'm an international grad student in the US, looking to get a loan to pay for my education. Unfortunately, no one would lend me money without a co-signer... was wondering if anyone knew of a bank/private institution/organization/etc that offers loans for foreign students without a co-signer. I am from Romania and I have a 2-year excellent credit history in the US.
Any inputs are really appreciated.
