Abstinance is the best method of birth control, and it doesn't require you to DO anything :-)

There are a lot of options: the pill, the shot, the patch, condoms,female condoms, diaphrams, spermicide, IUDs, implants in your arm, etc etc etc. Take a human sexuality course at your local college or university or go to a sexual health website and you will find a lot of info.
