You got to answer that you were married. The end date on the marriage is the date of death of your wife.

thanks was a little confused because martial hx question- are you married now and when she answered yes-there was more questions re: spouse address, etc. Then the 2nd was about prior marriages and that ? was how did marriage end-1 choice was widow.
