My friend who is a physician married a colombian woman with (2) children ages 13 and 15 years old, all entered with a B-2 visa. He married her here in the United States. My question is does he have to do (3) I-130 applications along with I-765 employment applications? We called the 800 number but it was a 20miniute wait, too long. Thanks for any advice.

Yes, indeed, your physician friend has to file three (3) separate Forms I-130 and adjustment of status (AOS) packets for his wife and stepchildren. He can request or download all the forms from USCIS or he can have an immigration practitioner complete all the required paperwork.
