How much is legal process time after 1-485 Interview at San Francisco, CA?

I was on H1-B I got married to US Citizen in May 2004, applied I-485 in 06/2004, Intterviewed in 11/2004, they asked few documents what I mailed (registered) since then I did not receive Green Card or any other requirement from INS/USCIS, I enquired they said due to heavy workload case is in pending. I want to know:
