      Was it I-130 that the CIS approved? If it was then you have two options:
      1) File appeal of your asylum case. If BIA denied it already the chances of it being granted are miniscule. After waiting for a long time you'd still depart voluntarily and go through consular processing.
      2) Depart now. File form I-824 to transfer your I-130 to the NVC and apply for IR1 visa abroad.

          I think the best way would be is to file a motion with the immigration court to re open the case since you are elligigble for AOS through your spouse.

          On your master calender hearing let the judge know that you will like to dfo AOS through the court.

          I think you have a good chance wit hthe approved I-130! You just need to seek assistance with a good lawyer
