I need some advice! I am living in the Uk on a marriage visa with my british husband. We would like to return to the U.S before we start a family. How early should we begin the process before we actually would like to move? How long would it take for a UK citizen to be approved? Would it be easiest/safest just to hire an immigration laywer? It seems to be much more difficult and complicated than getting my visa, which only took a month! Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!!!
