CIS website is not useful for case status information. I applied for adjustment of status in 2002 and had my interview in 2005 but the website don't update this information. I think all you can do is wait. Some times if you physically visit local USCIS office and inquire about your case will help to speed up your processing time.

Also note that Mr Visa Cheat/Illegal Alien has been showing further disdain for our laws and our country by knowingly hiring more illegal Indians (probably he is exploiting them by paying them $3 an hour under threat of deportation - wouldn't they be surprised to know that they could eff this guy up by calling the Dept of Homeland Security themselves and ratting out Mr Visa Cheat!!)
Why should we reward this scum? He and his wife LIED to our embassy when asking for a tourist visa, LIED to our border folks when these two scam artists arrived, SCAMMED and CHEATED the US government out of tax dollars and IGNORED our immigration laws by hiring more scum***** from India (probably many came here on tourist visas and this $hitbag charged them money to gea job scrubbing dishes in his tomaine-infested restaurant)...go home.
