Was Petitioner USC when I-130 was filed or she was LPR ? If citizen, you are still good. If not then she will have to file again based on her Citizenship status. The USC and LPR categories have different priority dates but your petition is already approved and you are over 21. You may want to ask an immigration lawyer immediately....
I hope this helps.

Need*Help, What is the status of your mom when she filed your petition(I-130)
Are you in US or Outside of US?
When you say, "Will the consular entertain me for interview? or will denied of my over age?
To me it sound like you are outside of the US.
If you are out side of the United States and your I-130 is approved, he should call you for interview, he has nothing to do with the your mother's status if I am correct.
Recently one of my friend when he received his Immigration visa, the consul asked him to write the names, date and place of births of all his childerns out of three one was 17 years of age and the DOS has issued 3 visa numbers to them.
When they arrived over here they file FormI-485 for Adjustment of status and it took them two years to get the Green Card for that child of 17 years.
