marriage HELP!!!!

Hi I am in Russia now (
Came legally in USA in 2004 but overstayed in the country for more than 1 year. In Jan 2008 I got married to US citizen, but didn't apply for GC, just left , my father was sick. Now I am here in Russia, and he is there in Boston. I know that 10 year ban applys to me now, but is it still possible to come back there earlier and what should we do?

It is possible, but when your husband petitions you to enter the U.S., you will need to file a waiver at the US Consulate or Embassy. I would suggest that you and your husband would need legal help on this one.

Its tough to beat that 10 year ban. Your best bet would be to live in a third country such as England,Canada or Australia for a few years together.
