We filed Alien Relative Petitions I-130 for our unmarried children over 21years of age, some time in Sept. 2000. The above I-130 was upgraded in April this year.
The Center where I filed is now processing March 2001.
I understand the prior petitions will move to the currecnt date? am I right on this?
I have also asked the NVC about this questions, and they said yes.
what is the delay in processing this pending case, we have no information as of todate. Appreciate your views in this regards.
