ANY HELP IS GREATLY APPRECIATED
The situation:

How can a legal man make his illegal wife legal. (if its possible)

facts about the wife:
phoenix,az
20 yrs old
3 yrs old when she came from mexico
never been in trouble w/ the law besides not having d.l. when driving
received a ssn when her dad was "fixing papers" because he was here for the "amnesty..?" but was deported so the process didnt finish
she has worked at 2 differnt jobs
she has paid her taxes for the ssn
she has always got very good grades and is
trying to because a registed nurse but feels
theres no point because she is illegal
no illnesses

her husband:
19yrs
white
....i guess it doesnt really matter

that is wierd because i had the kinda same situation.. my mom brought my siblings and i up and been here for years since 6 and now im 25 and when she filed years later i was turned down because i went over the age atleast thats what they said.. my husband just picked up the papers to adjust status and that was it .. i never left any country, immigration never ask me about my past.. how come she has to do it and i did not

On the basis of what you have posted:

1. You file an i-130 for her, see www.uscis.gov.
2. She will need to go to CDJ for the interview.

3. She will have a 10 year ban due to ilegal presence.

4. You file a waiver, I601, for her, seee www.immigrate2us.net

5. Maybe a year to get to CDJ, and then she will need to be in Mexico for a couple of weeks.

made a mistake sorry we had a visa when we were younger but it expired and i was to young to make the decision to go back.. sorry i am way off today forgive me i see the difference now

So there is no way that she can stay in the u.s while i try to fix her legal status?

how did she came (was brought) from Mexico? Did her parents/she have a visa or sneaked across the border?

Info on what was filed and when on behalf of her parents and her, is important, to figure out if she is "protected" under 245i.

and maybe besides breaking the U.S. federal law,and entering the country illegally.
Which is federal and a felony.

Not having a drivers license,is not against the law lol. Unless you meant,she drives without a license.

As far illness goes.its not the point if she has illness to her knowledge or not.

I am not aware if you know,every single person who came here totally and 100% legally by the book.Has apure medical record with no diseases,got all the current by law requiered vaccine shots (very important) and has been tested for HIV and what not.


But here is the problem you are going to face.

She is here illegally (regardless wife or not)

U say she works 2 jobs,but you also realize she works the 2 jobs without premission,since she is not allowed to work,because she is not a resident of the US nor does she has a working permit.

So I wouldn;t really mention that.

I would get an attorney,file the proper forms.
As long as she has no record in this country and in her home country,like felony or any other kinds of criminal behavior.It should turn out fine.

Just be ready for long hassle $$$ and all the other nice application fees and attorney fee's.
