My husband was in the US legally with a SS card (for work purposes only) and with and EAD, he let it expire and worked anyway for a few years.
Now he's back in his home country & were trying to get an immigrant visa based on our recent marriage. Is he inadmissable for the illegal work authorization? If no, where do I find that in the law?
