Well, Angelo, that was certainly succinct!

Sugar Puff, of course you think it's sweet, your name is Sugar Puff!

As far as "being in love". I see no statement that he is "in love". He stated that he found an American citizen and wants to get married.

Omer, are you in love with her? Do you want to spend the rest of your life with her? How long have you been here on your visitor visa? How long have you known this woman? If you were to marry her here, and you waited till toward the end of your visit to marry, among several other things you would have to be able to prove that it was a bonafide marriage. Would you be able to do that?

I any way do not try to marry her here and be on B2 visa here. This could prolong your petition case by years. Go back home and see if the love will last. After awhile you will see ... if you will be still in love, than proceed the right, legal way. You may be surprised but many cases do not last that long ... if the are done righ and with no backup interests. Good luck.

Why is everyone insistent that he should return home and then petition? It isn't illegal to marry and adjust while in the USA unless there was prior intent.
The above is simply an opinion. Your mileage may vary. For immigration issues, please consult an immigration attorney.
