worked for me yesterday and just now
http://uscis.gov/graphics/index.htm

clear your cache and get rid of the cookeys, - you might be caching a dead page or something.

For some reason when I type URL www.uscis.gov, it didn't work for me since couple of days.

leave out www and just type
uscis.gov
