LIFE act. 245(i). May be too late to file tho.
basically get a friend who's been here 10 years, photocopy his paperwork, change the names, show up, get gc. These amnesties are a joke. But hey, that's why they're called amnesties.

I am not sure if that is still in effect. Talk to a lawyer... whether you are illegal or not they are not allowed to say anything about your case to anyone, or they can lose their license... so you are perfectly safe consulting a lawyer.
245i was an amnesty for a variety of different reasons, but is no longer in effect, and may take a while to return.Comment
