Approved I-130, what's next???????

hello everyone, i'm 20 yrs old and my USC mother petitioned for me last year May. the INS needed evidence that we're related so a DNA test was done. i checked the case status online and it says this case has been approved. so what do i do now. my parents brought me here illegally when i was 14yrs old. i'm done with high sch so i'm waiting to get the greencard so i can start college. please someone tell me what to do next. and if i apply for EAD can i get a driver's license after that? and do i still need my mother's signature on whatever forms i gotta apply? we've been having problems cuz she's being brainwashed by her husband against me. i don't live with her anymore due to physical and emotional abuses. please someone tell me what to do!!!!
